Poker Aces refers to two aces being dealt before theflop. It is the strongest attainable pre-flop hand inTexas Holdem Poker. But despite this a great many competitors end up on the wrong end when given these cards.
When you’re dealt a set of Aces, you just do not fold pre-flop. You’re positioned with the greatest possible hand at this stage of the game. So how do you gamble with Poker Aces ? Do you actually go all-in? I would say definitely no to that.
Bear in mind, you are trying to produce as much profit from this strong position. You want to maximise the opportunity. Going all-in will merely scare most individuals into folding before placing a bet.
If you’re in the initial spot (1st or second to bet), you will lay a single bet. Anybody with a good hand will call, with hope somebody will raise. If someone has made a raise do not jump to re-raise or call, wait for a short while – make them think you’re considering your options and then call.
After the flop your tactic will be to get rid of anybody that could get a straight or a flush. So I would begin to raise boldly, if you’re fortunate you will trick 1 player into thinking that you’re tricking.
If you are in the center or late seat (near the last to wager) you’ll watch as everybody calls and then raise. Even though you’re sitting with a pair of aces, if possible try to avoid a show-down. Defend your hand by forcing others to fold following the flop. If you do not drive out your competition you chance losing your hand.
